St John Wort with antidepressants ??? is this ok

I did not notice this but , a couple of minutes
ago I see in the label of my St John Wort that
you should not take this drug together with antidepresives . Im taking also antidepresives
medicines . Im scared . What shoul i do?
stop taking saint joh wort???Do you know something about this???
Does somethig wrong its going to happen with me?
any experiences
please help
