Picamilon -- legality?

I haven't tried Picamilon, although I'm thinking about it. I don't understand all the secrecy about sources though -- if you type "picamilon xxx" into Google, the main source that pops up is based in San Diego. So, it doesn't look like it's controlled in the U.S.
I'm curious about it, and from what I can tell, it seems to be perfectly legal (although feel free to correct me on this, anyone).
