Fachad was right. I wouldn't let it scare you. It is more than likely an anticholinergic effect from the drug.
Read below post about unable to urinate.
I would also recommend a vitamin B complex, with at least a 50 mg ratio of the major vitamin Bs. B vitamins work best when taken together and with a meal, except for singlular vitamin B12 which should be taken on an empty stomach, or better yet, try a sublingual form of B 12 for better absorption.
The royal jelly is also a great idea since it contains a good amount of vitamin B complex as well as pure acetylcholine.
