Hi Nala,
That should be between 0.55 and 1.8. However it has been proven that Lithium alone isn't very effective in the bipolar depression.
You might need another mood stabilizer (anticonvulsant) like Lamictal with your Lithium treatment. Lamictal has good antidepressive properties. This is the perfect couple and the new modern treatment of Bipolar II disorder.
