"How do you know it has faded? "
I started taking it for depression, low energy, ADD, and stimulant addiction. Wellbutrin gave me a sense of euphoria, a better ablity to concentrate, and my cravings mostly vanished. A few months ago, I again became very sleepy and unmotivated, unfocused, depressed, and my drug cravings came back HARDCORE. I still am a little better than before I started, but something definitely isn't right.
You said that it gives you some concentration problems... a friend stopped taking it because of that. If I take a lower dose, it increases my concentration, but at a higher dose it feels like my head is full of cotton :/

As for the Deprenyl, I live in the US too. I ordered it from a company in England. I agree with what you say about the drug industry, it's ridiculous. If you do a search on psycho-babble's posts for Deprenyl, you can find some old conversations about it. Supposedly you also have to take phenylalanine with it in order for it to work - phenylalanine is an amino acid that is the precursor to NE and DA. I'm excited that Deprenyl greatly increases the levels of phenylethylalanine in the brain too. Mmm chocolate.

As for supplements you don't have to order from other countries:
*phenylalanine - taking it (even without deprenyl) should help increase levels of NE and DA.
*omega-3 fish oil
*choline - precursor to Acetylcholine, another activating neurotransmitter
*inositol - a B vitamin
*vincamine/vinpocetine - a "smart drug", works like gingko biloba, increasing blood flow to the brain

I started taking all the above recently and I feel a little better as far as the depression goes. But I look forward to taking the Deprenyl because (like Wellbutrin) it's supposed to reduce cravings... and the cravings are still pretty bad.
