> I've been taking Effexor XR for over 4 years now with great results, until now. Over the years the dose has increased again and again. I now take 450mg/day. I have experienced weight gain throught the whole course of treatment with Effexor but with this high dose I now have extreme fatigue, and severe abdominal pains. I've been to the ER for the pain, I thought it was appendecitis, and there is nothing physically wrong with me. Has anyone else had this problem?
