Chromosomal deformaties is government propaganda thats been around since the 60's, maybe earlier.
I've smoked pot for 26 years,(now days it takes me about 6 months to smoke 1/2 oz.) been married for 17 and have 2 boys ages 9 & 14. Birth control and eventually vasectomy are the only 2 things that have kept my wife from being pregnant constantly.
Both boys have all their body parts, do well in school and are mentally stable (well except for the 14 year old, but that's just because he's 14 and smarter than anyone on earth). I say let your husband smoke his pot if it helps with anxiety. From my experience with antidepressants (SSRI's in particular) the sexual side effects (unable to have an orgasm) is the ultimate birth control. So try and keep him away from those.
Just my 2 cents
