Sure did. Thanks for the info.
My GP was actually pretty understanding and given me enough bromazepam to take twice daily until I can see a new pdoc in January.
He wasn't prepared to do clonazepam but I understand his view and I'm happy for now.
In January (with a new pdoc), I'm going to go for clonazepam daily in combo with very low dose effexor (only if he insists)...
