I have been on lexapro for about 2 months. I have been on celexa in the not too distant past. Lexapro does seem to be good but I feel like the dosage is not up high enough at 20mg/day. Or in other words, it is not as potent as celexa.

Celexa worked the best for me out of all the ssri's especially with social anxiety and mood improvement. Like you, celexa gave me fatigue and it also gave me nausea which made it intolerable. I have'nt experienced this with lexapro. I would say that yes, I like it better, but maybe at a higher dose?
