Has anyone found a good way to cut 10mg Lexapro in half? My pill-splitter makes them crumble. I'm one of those extremely drug-sensitive folks who can't tolerate full 10mg. of Lexapro -- could take only 5mg Celexa. And why can't Forest Labs do a decent job of scoring these pills, the way they do their Celexa? Or will I have to have them specially compounded? Any help, please!!
