Effexor Hair growth

I've been taking Effexor now for just over a year, previously I had been taking Seroxat.

Since I started taking the drugs I have developed a large patch of hair growth at the top of my back. I am thinking about having laser treatment to remove the patch. However if the growth is directly related to the drugs, I can see it being far cheaper to wait until I finally come of the drugs and remove the offending hair by a cheaper means.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems, any comments would be welcomed.
