Hi - thanks for answering my post earlier by the way...
So it sounds like you are mixing it up a bit...
(ie. too many drugs)
I think you are right about the doc retiring in 6 months...that's bound to cause you some stress...those of us who get panic attacks stress is translated into PANIC ATTACK :( and well you can't rule out the side effect of not taking the med you quite cold turkey.
That's a hard one to come off of.
Patience grasshoppa...My advise
(even though I have no real authority to give advise other than personal experience, and everyone is different)
Try maybe the two drug combo for awhile depakote and whatever antidepressant seems to be working for you - sounds like it's the effexor.
And if that other stuff helps you sleep - well ...
I'd say maybe ,
but you know how it gets when you mix so many things that you don't know if it's the drug you're reacting to or the combo of the two add more and it really gets confusing.I try to stick to the docs that are a bit more conservative in their perscribing of meds.
You sound like your on the right track now...
Give it at least another month on those 3 things and see how you are ---Um sorry this is sooo long...
Keep me updated..
And stay away from klonopin whenever possible - that's my advise to everyone.
