Just started on Effexor XR... got a question....

Hello All,
This is my first time posting on this board. I found it while surfing on google.com after I started back on anti-depressants. I went to the doctor and I started taking Effexor XR Tuesday morning so today is day 3. I have experienced some problems after the medicine "runs out". Other than that I feel much better during the day. I think things will resolve after some time has passed and I get use to the medicine.
I do have a question about finding a new counselor. I have tried looking online but I haven't found any searches that I liked. Is there a good website to find a counselor? I'm not sure what I really need... just someone to visit with because all my medical issues will be taken care of by my doctor. Let me know what you think.
