I agree with Phil! I had a very itchy rash mainly on my upper body and shortness of breath a while back...I went to the ER ONLY b/c my mom made me. Turns out, I was deathly allergic to sulfa (sp?) meds. I had only taken 2 of them when this happened. I had taken them plenty of times years ago, but apparently I had since developed an allergy! I was pretty lucky to get to the ER when I did....my airway was swelling rapidly (hence the shortness of breath) and I could've died from asphyxiation!
I would DEFINITELY check in with your doc ASAP....if it gets ANY worse at all, go to the ER immediately...if you don't have anyone to take you, call 911...don't try to drive! Allergies are really scary =/
Good luck to you! I hope it's not something so serious, but it's better to be safe than sorry!
