jannbeauMy neurologist has prescribed Effexor XR for a daily medication for prevention of my migraines. She recommended starting with 37.5 milligrams once a day for two weeks, the increasing it to 75 milligrams every day after that. But I'm very worried after reading the numerous negative postings on the medication. I just went off Verapamil because of weight gain, but research shows that you don't gain weight on Effexor XR, but these postings say otherwise. Help!
