In addition to being an AP, it very mildly inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine and I believe it could be said to act as an agonist at 5-HT1A. This may explain in part its anti-depressant properties. I find it helps my depression, anxiety, and mixed states. I've had Klonopin before and find it more effective than Geodon for anxiety but it makes me depressed and takes the life out of me. You can certainly combine Klonopin w/ moclobemide if you think you need it or you might want to try something like moclobemide + Neurontin. I don't mean to say Geodon isn't effective for anxiety for me -- it just isn't quite as good as Klonopin. But all things considered I like Geodon better. I'm hoping moclobemide will kick the sh*t out of my anxiety once and for all, though.

I just wonder if it will do the job on my anxiety. Nardil gave me back my life, but those nasty side effects are on an upswing at the moment.
