Thanks Richard. Okay, now I know I can't fry with it. I'm really hoping for more culinary suggestions from the board. How do you take yours besides salads? (Maybe I should increase my salad-making.) I really don't think there's any way I could swallow a spoonful of oil without gagging. So I was hoping to spread it out over a couple of snacks or meals in some fashion or other.
