Hello Mark (and everyone else), I am new at this too and I certainly am not a big fan of the inorgasmia. My Psychiatrist said that it will probably not go away. But, I do have another friend who is on 75mg (whereas I am on 150) who said that she got over the inorgasmia. Her exact words were: "It just takes longer now and is more work". Check out the website on an earlier post about a supplement you can take that may help. I am going to stay with the effexor for another month or so and then I am going to consider switching to something else if I am still not having orgasms.
