I think it is conceivable that some of the insomnia from Lamictal could be from folate depletion.

Hi. Thank you for that information. I had such high hopes for Lamictal, but it gave me just about the poorest sleep I've ever had in my life. It was even worse than the sleep I had (or didn't have) on Wellbutrin.

That's interesting about Centrum. May I ask where you got that information?
