Mirtazapine or Zispin or Remeron side affects

hi, I am new to this forum and would like to know if the side effects I am experiencing are common. I take a 30mg tablet at bedtime and sleep very well, but wake up in morning very stiff and sore all over. My muscles and bones feel as if someone has kicked me all over. Is this a common side affect?
