Hi there,

You could wait it out another seven days to see if the nausea continues to abate. Another possibility would be to split the Zoloft dose and take 25mg in the AM and then take 25mg in the afternoon. There are also some antihistamines which you might be able to take to reduce the nausea. I found that OTC diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or meclizine (for car sickness) to be helpful.
