side effects: feeling cold, yawning or stretching?

So I feel hot most of the time...hormonal thing (working on that)... I notice sometimes I'll suddenly start to feel better and I get goose bumps and find at the same time I yawn, stretch etc, without feeling particularly sleepy.
I searched in the archives and found the ssris sometimes do this, and that its maybe serotonin 1a receptors (but for me a serotonin 1a agonist (buspar) has almost the opposite effect, so not sure how that works).
Is anyone on a med that causes these side effects? In a good way or in a bad way?
