lactation and menstrual disruption on meds

Any input appreciated. I am lactating slightly and it's a side effect of something. I had it many years ago on Paxil. Also my period is--for the first time ever--all out of whack... 2 weeks late, 2 weeks early. All over the calendar for the last 4 months. I'll list my meds and I'd be curious if anyone has a guess on which is the culprit. If I were to guess it by timing, it coincides with the lamictal.

Sam-e
lamictal
effexor
imipramine
elmiron (for interstitial cystitis)
synthroid
