Hi John,
It depends on the situation but all of those situations give me extreme anxiety. In all of those situations it is worse if I don't know the person or persons and whether or not I am the superior to the person or persons. Basically, the more certainty that I won't be humiliated the less the anxiety but there is more to it than that. In general, though, the symptoms I experience in front of a group are worse than in a one-on-one situation. With the exception of trying to ask a girl out for a date or something like that. Not that I even leave my house! It's such a silly disorder when you think about it, but such a serious disorder in reality.
