Adamie,
I am so glad you got some sleep and relief from mind torture. But maybe 5 mgs is too large a dose to start with. You could cut the pill in half and take 2.5 mgs or even cut it again to 1.25 mgs. Zyprexa is strong medicine, and as you know it stays in your body a long time. So, taking less, and taking it earlier in the evening, may prevent the awful hangover/unmotivated feeling, but still give you good sleep and mental relief.
