I'm sort of sorry to hear you decided against it. I did that too (after 4 days of taking it 37.5mg) but then everything went back to how it was right away... anxiety/snapping at my daughter for little things, etc. So I talked to my doctor and she said she likes this one above all the others... and she always weens off. I'm only "scheduled" to be on it for 3 months, due to the stress of buying this house, being an at home mom trying to pack... By Sept my daughter will be in preschool 2x a week and that will help my attitude tremendously I am sure of it. What dose where you prescribed and why? If I can ask... :)
I hope you find something that works for you if you stick with your decision to not do take it... for me, it's worth a little dry mouth (I need to drink more water anyhow!) That's really the only side effect I've noticed.> I don't take Effexor...found this website doing research to help me decide whether or not to fill my first prescription.
