Not sure I could help. I guess I'm just a strange case because I took prozac and wellbutrin together which are both supposed to be very activating. I went into a state of extreme fatigue so debilitating that I couldn't get out of bed and would sleep entire days away. My doc took me off the prozac and I'm now on wellbutrin and dexedrine SR. He still thinks I need to be on some type of SSRI, but I'm very reluctant after my prozac ordeal.
