Can never remember the numbers, but Cytomel is commonly used to augment, it seems to give the AD some help kicking in.
No, it doesn't matter if you have a defiency or not, with Cytomel. You don't take that much, to augment.
And only a real high thyroid dose will cause anxiety, and takes about a month to reach blood levels anyway.
