Brain shocks and Celexa

I had those "brain shock" things really badly when coming off Effexor, but they were over within about 5 days.

I'm now coming of Celexa, and although I haven't been having them anything like as often as after the Effexor, I'm still occasionally getting them two weeks aftr stopping. Should it take this long for them to stop? I'm scared something has gone permanently wrong in my head! Anyone else had this experience with Celexa?
