Dividing dosage for less side effects?

Hi,
Do you think if i divide a full dosage keep once a day (20 mg Celexa/citalopram) in two like 10 mg in the morning and other 10 mg at evening, it will reduce side effects?
It will still keep therapeutic propriety of full dosage?
