Food Source of chromium » noa

Noa, you might want to try a food source of chromium instead. Nutrutional yeast flakes, or torula yeast both are excellent sources of chromium.

I used to manage a health food store years ago, & I still can't see why people are so nervous about taking a yeast supplement thinking it'll worsen any yeast infection. It's COMPLETELY inert & lifeless & no more would aggravate a yeast infection than walking about with a book on your head would.
