Dear Scott,Thanks for your concern. You are a master of the inductive process! No cognitive impairment there. I'll have trouble answering all of your questions. The DHEA is something that I might have tried, but think I'll go ahead with the surgery. We decided against Lupron. I know why - am just unable to articulate the reasons. To say it's more drastic than surgery sounds ludicrous (sp), but it is something to that effect. Perhaps I should have a brain transplant instead. I suppose that the estrogen spike is when the mood is the most dysphoric. What we women have to go through so that all of you guys can be born.
