Thank you for your concern about my welfare. It's certainly been an intense few days. I can't do this muchlonger, but I'd like to come back soon when I have some slow time (I DO have a day job!)
I agree with you. I posted earlier about research on psychotropic use in pregnacy. No one could ethically enroll patients in such a study. No one would want to join such a study, except retrospectively.
We know Prozac is safe mostly due to a Canadian registry (retrospective) study. There is a Harvard group that is tracking pregnant women on Anti-epileptics. Those are the only ones I know about.
Most of the drug research done here is drug co sponsored. No drug co in their right mind would sponsor such a study. So we have virtually no data on this issue.
