Bluejay, there's no problems with taking meds & vitamins together. The few meds that require special conditions are explained when you buy them at a pharmacy. Meds like tetracycline (an antibiotic) & calcium don't go together, & folic acid & some anti-cancer meds are a couple of examples, but most are perfectly fine to take together.

I know of no psychotropic meds that can't be taken at the same time as vitamins and/or minerals. If you wish to be extra careful, check out your meds at http://rxlist.com/ & read if any precautions apply to them. You'll find any warnings listed under 'Warnings & Precautions' menu under the specific drug you look up.
