Wow, I haven't heard of that in ages. I tried it once back in the late '70's. It was a little like secobarbitol (felt neat right off-but then you were either asleep or not on the same page as everybody else). Of course, back then, downers were the big deal. I wonder what ever happened to Placidyl (ethchlorvinol)? I think it was along the same line-anxiolyic/hypnotic/sedatives, like methaqualone.Mitch
