Procyclidine

Posted by skills on February 20, 2002, at 10:11:38

Procyclidine, used for the treatment of Parkinsons disease and also the extrapyramidal side effects associated with the use of antipsycotics, is a drug with massive potential for abuse. I am told that the anticoligentic action the causes is extremely dangerous in overdose.........although the confusion, euphoria and hallucinations that go with it are extremely desirable........is this true, why is my doctor unconcerned with about this problem and far more worried about my opiate and benzodiazepam addiction?
