I think I get better results from noradernergic meds than serotonergic ones. I wish they would come up with some good dopaminergic meds.
>Hi, I think this is kinda typical with the unilateral ECT. Unilateral is not supposed to have the high efficacy that the older, conventional bilateral ECT has. Bilateral ECT carries with it higher levels of memory loss. However the remission rates are supposed to be good. Same thing with bifrontal ECT. Bifrontal has higher efficacy than unilateral.
