ANTI PSYCOTICS

I need help here. What is a better medication for sleep with the least sedation next day, Reperidol or seroquel? DO they both possess D2 antagonist/5ht2a antogonism?
Also i take remeron at night. I know for a fack i have excess dopamine driven anxiety which wakes me up the middle of the night, with parinoid dillusional feeling?
any suggestions
