Hi,

I take 75mg (for 14 days each month) and have no problem with it, but then I think my brain chemistry's totally bizarre anyway! I sure don't have panic attacks or shortness of breath. If it isn't working for you, lower the dose. You could try 60mg, or go to 45mg.
