I don't know of any listed drug interactions between those two meds. Tranzene (clorazepate) will not affect your weight. It does not "slow your system down" but calms your mind by binding to certain receptors in the brain showing affinity for bezodiazepine related meds. If anything, the Tranzene may counteract any untoward CNS stimulation of the xenadrine so you don't get too "wired". I am writing this w/o access to my PDR, but I can tell you later EXACTLY what it says about those meds, if you would like.
