well they both target norepinephrine, so if you suffer from anxiety, dont do it. My doc added desipramine, i only used up to 25-50mg, to combat remeron fatiuge and worked well/ i find i get a nice chilling sensation here and there, esp while working out. i used to walk around like a zobie all day, resuling in taking stimulants and coffee, then over stimuating myself, requiring some xanax to calm down.
desipramine is like a peacefull stimulant. No highs or lows. But it does increase heart rate, but no more than ephedra and some caffiene does.
I dont mind the heart rate, i DO MIND THE PANIC!

effexor made me feel as if i was on extacy, literally. my pupils dialated, lost all appetite, got acutally really horney and anxious, sweating, had to snort up 1mg of xanx to calm this shit down. I think im very med sesitive.

EFFEXOR is a very potent seratonin and norepinephrine drug. thats whythere is a withdrawl from it. I call it the prescription extacy pill.
