From what i read on prescort and other users and sites, out of all the ssri's zoloft seems to be the most potent seratonin reputake. Paxil seems to be more sedating than the others. Celexa is somewhat mild and sedating.

Out of the SNRI's Effexor is the most potent seratonin reuptake at lower doses, and higher doses norepninephrine, and even higher dopamine.

Serzone, is suppose to be sedative, to most. I tried it and got anxious. It mainly hits seratonin receptors 5ht2a for anxiety, but not very potent.

remeron, is the king of sedating sleep ad's Also helps anxiety and adjitation depression. At higher doses, seems to be bit more activating and wont bother libido.

Selective norepinephrine reuptakes, desipramine and roboxatine work well, mainly on norepinephrine.

Welbutrin acts on dopamine.

Benzo wise, for panic, xanax, for longer acting generalized anxiety , klonopin, valium is moreso very sedative.
