Unfortunately I can't make the hunger or craving go away. The only thing you can do is try to eat smarter. I've replaced the M&M's with baby carrots and celery sticks. I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day which can help curb your appetite.

The other way to go (which I wouldn't suggest as the best way ) is to look at the OTC dietary appetite suppressants. I've tried them in the past for other reasons but not specifically for the Zyprexa Munchies Syndrome. They can be a little help.
