There are many websites and books dedicated to it. Practicing Chi-Gong led me to a much more peaceful mindeset which allowed me to get past a lot of the anxiety problems I was having. It gave me a much more peaceful state of mind.

Sounds like a good idea Chris. Couldn't hurt anyway. I do yoga already but it doesn't do enough. I take klonopin seldom because of the fear of addiction. I've had withdrawals before and I can't stand it.
I'll look into Qi Gong. thank you.
