stimulant suggestions?

Any recommendations for stimulant withdrawal-related anxiety? Dexedrine (along w/zoloft and lamictal) is really helping me live my life, but I do get anxious and strung out at times. Any suggestions for the anxiety? Any particular sleep aids for stimulant users?
