Thanks for the help. I have cut out the caffeine and that helped some but I'm still feeling so sick and tense. I may go back to 37.5mg today. I think my body is just too sensitive to this medication. I'm amazed people can take up to 300mg of this stuff! Thursday of this week will be two weeks at 75mg. I tried to split the dose and take a 37.5 in the am and one in the afternoon but I'm still feeling bad. I'm coming off of 15mg of Remeron that I was on forever. Maybe I'm having withdrawal symptoms from that. I haven't heard that Remeron has bad withdrawal symptoms, though. I also have chronic fatigue that effexor was supposed to help but it's making it worse because of the insomnia, anxiety, etc. Ambien helps for 4 or 5 hours and then I wake up. Not fun! Anyway, thanks again. Teri
