I have been on Paxil for almost 2 years....My pdoc raised me from 40-60mg back in Nov I believe. I was very depressed, and the Paxil did help....I have been trying to wean down for the past 5 months. From what I was told, 60mg is pretty much the highest dose that people can go up to on Paxil.
