I've been taking these two drugs for months. They seem to go very well together, for me anyway. I would not be worried about the combination, since they have non-duplicating mechanisms, but as always it might be prudent to start with low dose and work your way up. For example I personally would start with 300mg Adrafinil, or even cut the pill in half for 150mg, and then increase it if needed after a week or two. I'm pretty brave in trying different drugs, but at the same time I'm also very careful and always start with very low doses when I'm dealing with a drug combination.
