Cocktail Question for You

If you were taking the following combination and it was working would you worry about anything, or just shut up and take it.

For Treatment Resistant Depression with Atypical features and a history of ADD

20mg Prozac
30mg Ritalin
800mg Sam-e
5 mg Valium

I just worry it is a hodge podge of feel good drugs that will eventually poop out and lead to issues with dependence.
