Adrafinil is in a class all its own. But like many meds, mechanism is poorly understood. The only way to tell if it will be helpful to you is to try it. The only way to tell how well it goes with Effexor, Wellbutrin, or anything else, is to try it. While it may be a miracle for one person, it could be a nightmare for another. We all have varying chemistries, circumstances and personalities, and results will therefore vary.

In short, the only way to answer your questions is to try it and see.
